Thomas J. Norton

Thomas J. Norton, 77, of Lansing, NY, passed away with his family at his side on Wednesday, September 15, 2021, at Cayuga Medical Center in Ithaca, NY. Born on December 20, 1943, he was the son of the late George and Mary (Boyle) Norton. He was a graduate of Lansing Central Schools and Ithaca College, and went on to retire from Ithaca College as the Manager of Computer Operations. In his free time, Tom enjoyed collecting baseball cards and loved interacting with friends via social media.

Tom is survived by his cousins, Kathleen (Denny) Lippincott, Patrick (Irene) Clark, and Susan (Jay) Grossman, along with their families and numerous other cousins.

Friends and family are invited to a period of visitation from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, September 19, 2021, at Lansing Funeral Home, 32 Auburn Road, Lansing. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated by Rev. Jorge Ramirez at 12:00 p.m. on Monday, September 20, 2021, at All Saints Parish, 347 Ridge Road, Lansing. Interment will follow in Calvary Cemetery, Ithaca.
