Charles was born in Rochester, NY on June 19, 1987. In his early life, he enjoyed travelling with his family to many locations around the United States. Charles attended primary school at Lansing Central Schools and subsequently attended George Mason University in Fairfax VA. Charles studied Biology with a particular interest in genetics. Charles was very fond of flying remote control aircraft, especially helicopters, and was known amongst the Ithaca Radio Control Society as a particularly gifted pilot who was willing to risk his machines in aerobatic maneuvers that many pilots never even attempt.
