Carol Ann Allen

Carol Ann Allen, 74, of Lansing, New York passed away unexpectedly Monday, February 26, 2018. Born December 27, 1943, she was the daughter of the late Oliver Robinson and Georga Robinson. Carol was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, neighbor and friend. She was a dedicated caregiver her entire life and touched the lives of all who knew her.

Carol is survived by her loving husband of 54 years, Richard Allen, her daughters Michele Bower-Brown and Diane Allen; grandchildren, Richard Bower and his wife Jessica, Hunter Brown and Emily Brown and her great-grandson Remington Bower.

At Carol’s request, a private family service will be held at the Lansing Funeral Home with burial to follow at the Lansingville Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to the SPCA of Tompkins County at 1640 Hanshaw Road, Ithaca, NY 14850 or to the charity of one’s choice.
